One-on-One Leadership Consulting and Coaching
IntentQuest’s One-on-One Consulting and Coaching is a premium engagement. It’s structured as a series of regularly scheduled, dedicated sessions between you and Roger. During these sessions, Roger will take the time to gain a thorough understanding of who you are as a person and a leader, as well as your expectations and desired outcomes of working together. He will work closely with you to assess current challenges, identify opportunities for growth, and help you articulate specific goals for success. Roger will ask you challenging questions, engage with you in purposeful discussion, and help you create an actionable plan for moving forward.

What’s the commitment?
One-on-One Leadership Consulting and Coaching can be structured to best fit your specific needs. Sessions can be scheduled weekly or bi-weekly, in-person or virtually. Meetings may have a limited timeframe or can be arranged to allow for extended time together.

IntentQuest’s proprietary Leadership IQuest process is a powerful opportunity to discover and harness your leadership potential by gathering feedback to accurately reveal your unique leadership identity. Leadership IQuest is typically completed to kick-off a One-on-One Consulting and Coaching engagement and can also be a stand-alone engagement.

Leadership Accelerator Workshop
IntentQuest’s Leadership Accelerator Workshop is an adaptation of Leadership IQuest. Participants are guided through the powerful process of harvesting feedback, interpreting interviews, owning their unique leadership identity, and creating an immediate action plan. The Workshop is ideal for those who want to accelerate their career or who are preparing for or experiencing a career transition.
