Leadership IQuest is typically completed to kick-off a One-on-One Consulting and Coaching engagement and can also be a stand-alone engagement.

Leadership IQuest is a 3–6-week process requiring participation in individual consulting and coaching sessions and your willingness and courage to invite personalized feedback from colleagues. Roger will create a customized leadership profile report to help you examine the feedback and develop a plan to address your goals and challenges.
